Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products that are opened, damaged due to misuse, or beyond their shelf life are not eligible for return.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
3. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Refund amounts may exclude shipping and handling charges, if applicable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at gwellth2021@gmail.com with supporting photos.
We will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Perishable items such as honey and sweets require careful handling. We recommend inspecting your delivery immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
